How to start a return
- Email us at shopklovex@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order ID (found in your confirmation email) and a brief reason for the return.
- We'll respond within 12 hours with a prepaid return label.
- Ship the item back using the label provided — no out-of-pocket cost to you.
- Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
